North Carolina Day 1

Flight was pretty smooth today, and thing went according to plan. I had a granola bar for breakfast and a couple of salty snacks on the plane, knowing we would eat as soon as we got to the hotel. Except that the hotel restaurant doesn't open until 5, so we set up the booth while starving. Finally, we got food, and I'm SO much better.

The colors here are not obnoxious at all. Just a clean, mellow room.

I looked up after taking the shot of the pool, and realized that the sky was very pretty:

Tonight, we'll go check out the convention party for a bit, and then hit the hay. I'm beat, and my travel buddy for this trip is sick. She sounds horrible, but has a great attitude and is trying to stay upbeat. I feel bad for her.

Tomorrow will bring 2 sets of trade show hours, and a vendor dinner. Busy day.
